MP GAMMA / EA GROUP
MP GAMMA si occupa di progettazione e produzione di armadi e casse in acciaio inox per quadri elettrici. EA GROUP di carrelli elevatori e progettazione layout di magazzino. Si tratta di realtà emiliane con relazioni commerciali internazionali, due aziende che da tempo sanno muoversi e operare in un mercato globale grazie al loro bagaglio di competenze tecnologiche sviluppato a partire da un elemento centrale e insostituibile: la dimensione umana.
Ho fotografato per loro a distanza di pochi giorni - per Mp Gamma nel reparto produttivo e per EA Group negli uffici - cercando proprio di evidenziare, per entrambe le situazioni, ciò che in termini aziendali viene definito humantouch: le persone, i dipendenti, donne e uomini che compongono il tessuto produttivo e che, con la loro creatività e la loro capacità di affrontare problemi e sviluppare idee, sono il fattore determinante per ogni autentica innovazione.
Non può esistere tecnologia priva di quella "cultura del fare", che è "cultura per l'uomo" e che in questa terra ha saputo per molto tempo guidare il progresso: con il mio lavoro - del quale questa gallery è un estratto - ho provato a raccontare, ancora una volta, questa semplice verità.
MP GAMMA specializes in the design and production of stainless steel cabinets and enclosures for electrical panels. EA GROUP focuses on forklifts and warehouse layout design. These are companies based in Emilia-Romagna with international business relationships—two firms that have long known how to operate in a global market thanks to their wealth of technological expertise, developed around a central and irreplaceable element: the human dimension.
I photographed for them just a few days apart—Mp Gamma in the production department and EA Group in the offices—aiming in both settings to highlight what is often referred to in business terms as the humantouch: the people, the employees, the men and women who form the productive fabric and who, through their creativity and ability to solve problems and develop ideas, are the decisive factor in any genuine innovation.
There can be no technology without that "culture of doing"—a culture for the human being—which, in this region, has long guided progress. With my work—of which this gallery is an excerpt—I tried once again to tell this simple truth.
